Privacy Policy

New Arrow Collective ("we," "us") provides one-on-one career and business transition coaching led by David Blow. This policy explains what information we collect through newarrowcollective.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Career Readiness Quiz: your first name, email address, and quiz answers.
• Strategy call application: your name, email, optional phone number, your current role, your goals and timeline, the package you're interested in, and how you heard about us.
• Contact form: your name, email, and message.
• Booking and payment: when you book through Calendly or pay through Stripe, those companies collect your scheduling and payment details. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

• How you found us: when you arrive from a link that carries campaign tags (for example "utm_source=instagram"), an ad click ID (gclid or fbclid), or another website, we save that information in your browser's local storage and a first-party cookie for up to 90 days. We attach it to any form you submit so we know which marketing channels people find helpful.
• Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view and which buttons they click. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device, browser, approximate location, and pages visited. Learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How we use your information

• To show your quiz result and email you a copy with follow-up resources
• To review your application and prepare for your call
• To schedule sessions, send reminders, and process payments
• To reply to your messages
• To understand which marketing works and improve the site

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Emails

If you take the quiz or apply, we'll send you emails related to your result and your call. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Service providers

We share information only with companies that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms: Vercel (website hosting), Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), Kit (email), Resend (lead notification emails), Supabase (secure lead storage), Zoom (sessions), and Google (analytics).

What you share in sessions

What you tell David in coaching sessions is kept confidential and isn't shared with anyone without your permission, except where the law requires it or someone's safety is at risk.

How long we keep information

We keep lead and client information for as long as needed to provide coaching and meet legal and tax obligations, and delete it when it's no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@newarrowcollective.com.
• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
• Clear your browser's cookies and local storage to remove saved source information.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
