Terms of Service

These terms apply to newarrowcollective.com and to coaching services from New Arrow Collective ("we," "us"), led by David Blow. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to them.

1. What coaching is, and isn't

Coaching is a partnership focused on your goals, plans, and actions. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. David is not acting as a licensed professional in those fields. Talk with a qualified professional before making legal, financial, or health decisions. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 in the US.

2. No guaranteed results

We don't guarantee any job, promotion, business outcome, or income. Your results depend on your own decisions, effort, and circumstances. Any stories shared on this site describe one person's experience and aren't a promise of what you'll achieve.

3. Services and pricing

• Explore: a single call, $150 per session, paid when you book. No commitment.
• Momentum: two sessions per month, $250 per month, billed monthly. Month to month.
• Transformation: weekly sessions, curriculum, and support between sessions, $600 to $750 per month depending on the level of support agreed on your strategy call, billed monthly, with a 3-month minimum commitment.
• Free strategy call: 30 minutes on Zoom, by application. No obligation to buy.

Prices are in US dollars and may change. Changes won't affect a billing period you've already paid for.

4. Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. By starting a monthly plan, you authorize us to charge your card each month.

5. Cancellations and refunds

• Explore: cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours, or missed, aren't refundable.
• Momentum: cancel anytime before your next billing date by emailing hello@newarrowcollective.com. Your plan stays active through the end of the paid month. There are no partial-month refunds.
• Transformation: after the 3-month minimum, cancel anytime before your next billing date. Cancelling before the minimum ends means the remaining minimum months are still due. There are no partial-month refunds.

6. Rescheduling and missed sessions

Monthly clients can move a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice count as used. Unused monthly sessions don't roll over unless David agrees in writing. If David needs to reschedule, you'll get a new time at no cost.

7. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for your own decisions and actions, including any decision to leave a job or start a business. Show up on time, come prepared, and tell David if something isn't working.

8. Confidentiality

What you share in sessions stays confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to prevent harm to you or others.

9. Materials

Worksheets, curriculum, and other materials are for your personal use only. Please don't share, resell, or republish them.

10. Website use

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
